Learn how our Managed Cloud Server works
Before hiring, review how the service is delivered, what it includes, how to access it, what is managed, and what type of technical validation we can do according to your project.
Choose the scenario that most closely resembles your project
We will show you only the information most relevant to your case.
Guided demo of the service
This explanation shows you how the delivery, administration, backups, security, and support of a managed cloud server work.
Guided tour of the service
Review the delivery, access, administration, backups, and support flow according to the selected scenario.
What will you receive when you sign up?
By approving the proposal, you don't just receive an empty server. You receive an environment ready to start operating according to the selected use case.
The experience in a nutshell
How the process works
What is delivered
Cloud server for ERP / remote desktop
This scenario is ideal for companies that want to operate administrative systems, ERP, desktop applications, or internal software from a cloud environment.
Ideal if you work like this today.
Cloud server for application, backend, API or bot
This scenario is ideal for projects that require running technical services, applications, APIs, bots, or automations in a stable and continuous manner.
Cloud server for website or ecommerce
This scenario is for websites or online stores that need more control, stability, and dedicated resources than traditional hosting.
Cloud server for data, files or backups
This scenario helps to centralize information, files, databases, repositories, or backups in a controlled cloud environment.
Managed Linux Server
This scenario is ideal for technical projects that require a stable, secure, and supported Linux server, without having to manage all the details from scratch.
Custom project or one to be defined
When the project requires technical validation, special integration, or a non-standard scope, we can review the case before preparing the final environment.
An important clarification
This demo shows the typical service delivery and usage flow. The final configuration may vary depending on the system, application, number of users, storage, security, and contracted management level.
The advantage is that we don't try to sell a generic solution: we seek to prepare an environment suitable for your real case.
Frequently asked questions before hiring
Can I test the server before subscribing?
Full server delivery occurs after proposal approval, as each environment requires specific resources and configuration. If you need to validate a particular aspect, we can conduct a controlled technical validation with a defined scope.
Why isn't there a single demo for everyone?
Because the service isn't a generic platform. Each server is configured according to the client's operating system, application, users, access, security, backups, and needs. That's why we show the general workflow, and if there's a specific question, we can conduct a controlled technical validation.
What happens after the proposal is approved?
We prepare the server, configure the base environment, apply initial security, enable access, and validate the delivery. Then we share the access information and support the implementation according to the contracted scope.
Can I validate my system before migrating everything?
Yes, when there is a specific technical question, we can perform a controlled validation. For example: application compatibility, remote access, database requirements, domain, SSL, backup, or a specific operational workflow.
Is my data safe?
The solution includes basic security configuration, controlled access, backups, and monitoring based on the selected settings. We can also review additional measures if the project requires a higher level of protection.
Who manages the server?
It depends on the level of administration selected. You can choose to have Cobalt Blue Web handle basic administration, support, and technical monitoring, or opt for a model where your team directly manages the server.
Can I change the plan later?
Yes. The configuration can be adjusted as user, storage, processing, or service needs change. The idea is to start with a suitable configuration and scale as needed.
Is this the same as hiring a hosting service?
No. Hosting is typically designed for standard websites. A managed cloud server offers more control, dedicated resources, and flexibility for specific business systems, applications, processes, databases, or needs.
How long does implementation take?
In most cases, initial setup can be completed in 24 to 48 hours. This timeframe may vary depending on migrations, technical validations, pending access requests, or project complexity.
Do you offer a warranty if the server doesn't work in my case?
Yes, we can provide a technical guarantee during the initial days of implementation. If the environment cannot operate for the agreed-upon use due to a limitation attributable to the server or the base configuration provided by Cobalt Blue Web, the service can be canceled and the amount paid refunded.
This warranty applies to the technical functioning of the contracted environment, not to external problems such as software licensing, application errors, incorrect credentials, out-of-scope configurations, or changes requested after delivery.
Can I do a trial before I sign up permanently?
In some cases, we can enable a controlled trial of up to 15 days, limited to basic scenarios, a maximum of two simultaneous users, and entry-level plans. This trial is designed to validate access, compatibility, and the overall workflow before proceeding to a final implementation.
Ready to prepare your server?
If you've already visualized how it works, the next step is to approve the proposal and prepare the server. If you have any specific technical questions, we can review them before proceeding.
