REGIO GAS INTRANET It is a 100% Mexican company dedicated to the storage, distribution, and sale of LP gas through transport, portable cylinders, stationary tanks, and refueling stations. It has one of the largest networks of plants installed in the country.
This company came to us with specific needs: to create an internal communication system within their organization to better manage documents, forms, and other requests between departments without relying on email. This encompassed many aspects, including documents related to regulatory frameworks, human resources documentation such as suggestions, vacation forms, security systems, and even induction courses.
Everything was done respecting the company's branding and colors, and carefully adhering to all the points requested in the quote, since these intranets are typically reviewed to obtain quality certifications. With all this in mind, they were delivered an intranet capable of growing in tandem with the company, and where, with training, Regio Gas employees can create information directly without needing third parties.
